2 night minimum on all stays, and on Memorial Day and Labor Day holiday weekends, there is a 3 night minimum.

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.

Maximum guests allowed in Cabins 1-5: 4
Maximum guests allowed in Cabin 10: 10
Maximum total # of guests: 25
Pets allowed: 1 dog, under 50 lbs. with $50 pet fee
Children allowed

Cleaning fee $50

Minimum age of primary renter: 20

Events allowed: Birthday parties, family gatherings, weddings, other events, please inquire.
